Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
